What most concerns me is weaknesses in current Theosophical
organizations -- most especially ULT -- that bog down the work,
turn away inquirers, and scatter our energy. It is somewhat
heretical in ULT to even raise the possibility that we could be
doing things better, but frankly most of our membership is 60
years old or older, and few young ones are coming in. We need to
analyze ourselves, identify weaknesses, and move to correct them.

But I don't mean to single out ULT only. The two T.S.
organizations could likewise benefit from some group scrutiny, I
should think.
