Time and eternity

Dear net-folks:

Eldon's thoughts in Theos. World on Time and Eternity are well
worth considering. Yet Space needs to be factored into the
equation. Perhaps after all it is immortality which is
conditional, although as you imply, Eldon, our concept of
Eternity depends upon our conception of the world we are
manifesting in. A child needs to develop his sense of Time and
Space, but his inner Consciousness is aware of a grander focus in
which the Monad exists. That Consciousness ranges up and down
our sevenfold nature, as in a few quotations from W.Q.J. which
Dallas posted recently. To Dwell in Eternity as that Monad must,
we would need to seek out our Root Nature it seems to me.
Wouldn't that be beyond Time and perhaps space as we know it
here? But it is not a permanent existence in Eternity that we
seek, as do some religions preaching "eternal Salvation" or
"eternal Damnation." We are speaking of an Eternity which
encompasses change, manifestation and hence must be part of that
Abstract Motion spoken of in the Proem of ~The Secret Doctrine.~

It seems your former posting to Theos.L has aided us in the
reconsiderations along these lines.
