This may be one of the answer:

Imperfection exist only in our limited perception, what we see as
chaos, injustice, inherent weakness in humanity, the masters see
this pattern more in perspective, each fragment an integral
factor in the perfection of the whole.

K.H.  in ML-10 told us that "Nature is destitute of goodness or
malice; she follows only immutable laws when she either gives
life and joy, or sends suffering and death, and destroys what she
has created."

Not only that the imperfection of our world is created by
ourselves according to our level, that world itself is also our
mental construction uphold by our internal dialogue.

"When to himself his form appears unreal, as do on waking all the
forms he sees in dreams; Then only, not till then, shall he
forsake the region of Asat..."
