Dear Friends: Cosmogony

My how time does fly (relatively) and any review of Theosophial doctrines
takes time.

Startin on p. 152 and on to 205 in SD Vol. I is one of the best summaries
of the theosophical position that HPB has offered us.

Other views that may arise from the Vedas and Puranans as views by MODERN
BRAHMINS may seem to contradict these, but if one also considers some the
the early writings of Subba Row in THEOSOPHIST, one finds that he supports
HPB.

At every school I've been to the theories about evolution and consmogony or
astronomy are offered as something basic to use -- not remote or useless.

One needs to recall the occult axiom As above, so below. The Atom mirrors
the Universe. And so on. What and why is there a relationship so clearly
visible ?

The various Logoi all perform Service to the Universe and to every least
creature on any plane or in any place. And that is important, as it posits
the basic concept that nothing is unimportant and all receive their due
under the LAW.

It also posits the developing intelligence of the whole Universe as also of
every part of it. Consciousnes has to be recognized. It is the missing
link of present modern science.

You simply have to read the SD -- no shortcuts, sorry.
