Aw, Keith, don't torture yourself.  We all have our wonderful and not so
wonderful moments.  Don't let that stop you from being yourself.  Besides,
theos-talk have been so busy lately, few will notice.  One thing that is
also egotistical, being hard on oneself.  You are one of many.  Don't sweat
it.
