millions of innocent men, women and children in the death camps. >>

The following book gives in great detail the location of all the camps
throughout Europe and the number of people exterminated in each. The figure
given for Jews killed is 5,750,000 but the author says "this estimate is a
minimum".

The following facts are often ignored: Of the 250,000 to 300,000 Jews who were
rescued from the camps in 1945, tens of thousands died as a result of their
inability to survive their physical condition after their release. Thousands
of Jews were killed outside the camps in random killings throughout the Nazi
era. An estimated 100,000 Jews were exterminated in Poland AFTER the
Liberation, continuing up to 1948. The postwar anti-Semitic violence in Poland
gave a strong impetus to the flight of Jews to Palestine.

Besides the 300,000 Jews surviving the camps, 1,500,000 European Jews survived
Hitler's attempt to kill them. Of these, many fled to other countries which,
in effect, depopulated Europe of its Jewish communities.

All this in the following book:
THE MACMILLAN ATLAS OF THE HOLOCAUST by Martin Gilbert
Macmillan & Company, New York,NY - 1984 256 pages
ISBN 0-306-80218-X

Another observation: Pol Pot was in power for only 3 1/2 years in Cambodia yet
he managed to exterminate between one million to two million of his fellow
countrymen. He didn't have the sophisticated means of killing as his fellow
genocidalists in Germany yet he was able to destroy millions. It only takes a
second to kill the human "body form" either with a bullet, a knife or an axe.

Some facts to ponder.
