Tend to agree.

"For it is said in the Sacred Slokas:

"The thread of radiance which is imperishable and dissolves only in Nirvana,
re-emerges from it in its integrity on the day when the Great Law calls all
things back into action. . . ." (SD,II,80).

Could we say Lipika are 'asleep' - yet still ARE - during Pralaya to
re-emerge into action at the new Manvantaric dawn?

Is there anything to 'record' during Pralaya?
