Unless of course "next time" is the "start" for unfinished business of other
lifetimes. On an inter-dimensional space/time continuum, the orderly
sequencing of experiences may have a different priority than that demanded by
our rational mind. Indeed, if nonverbal, non-rational, abstractional
experiences have any weight, it does.

This also goes to purity of motivation, a crucial factor in the Karmic
equation. Present-moment experiences, should be responded to without any
connection to other motivations, i.e., Paying off karmic debt or even "It
gives us new chances to better ourselves" I believe it's called doing good for
its own sake, because it's the RIGHT thing to do.

The human journey of becoming an enlightened species is all about KNOWING the
right thing to do. The ancients called it the power of discernment. Non linear
karmic law, is what keeps us honest. All of our present "NOW's" are connected
to ALL of our past "elsewheres." Just not in a numerical order that we are
comfortable with.
