I think you are right.  HPB did not give useless titles, nor
titles without explanation and placing those involved in some
definite part of the evolutionary scheme - as the  S D deals with
the HISTORY OF MANKIND'S evolution.

I would agree with you that these grandiose terms are either
Ballard's of CWL, etc... not ORIGINAL THEOSOPHICAL definitions.
