Daniel,

Thanks for that. I found it just where you said in the Collected Writings.
My qoute was not quite correct.  For those who don't know, it was a part of
a message given to Olcott when he was visited by KH in his tent at Lahore.
The proper qoute is:

"I come to you not alone of my own accord and wish, but also by order of the
Maha Chohan, to whose insight the future lies like an open page."
