So, Dorothy what is your conclusion or question -- if you ask me
about what you have written I reply:

The PERCEIVER is what ?

Is it "in" us or behind us or "over" us ?

Is "time" not a factor of the limitations of our present state
and condition -- within the parameters of the "material plane" we
are experiencing in ?

the NOW is well described in SD I 37 under TIME;  SD I 38  under
MIND and SD I 40 under REALITY.  I think all 3 have to be
coordinated -- then we have a definition of present illusion and
ultimate REALITY as a Power to Perceive.

The "Perfected" MONAD of a MANASAPUTRA incarnates to serve as a
tutor to the embodied Monad that is presently experiencing the
conditions of limitation of mind and matter as are found in our
present environment  (see SD I 632,  II 79-80, 109-110 } also
study what HPB teaches about the HIGHER SELF and its relations to
the :embodied mind" in TRANSACTIONS pp. 66-76.

Duration is the "boundless plain" of the 3rd Fundamental  (SD I
16-7)  Time is framed by Nature periodically, and within Nature
(as a whole), to teach the evolving consciousness of the Monad as
it passes through the disciplines of the human condition and
gradually sloughs off illusions.

Does this make sense to you ?

Our perception of time appears only to go forward - is a
statement born
in illusion and sponsored  by consciousness. There is no time
without
consciousness. The  moment Now  is  a  blur between the past and
the
present - is constantly changing as we are changing. The moment
Now
represents our total lives
passing thru  space and time into Eternity - represented by
Duration.
In Duration  we have our true wxistence.
Time has nothing
 to do with Natures
periodicity
