In the quote above, HPB seems to imply, that, since the middle of the 
Atlantan Root Race, humanity has bee evolving along more and more
spiritually illumined pathways. Accessing it's Divine Nature, as it were.
How do we account for this remarkable notion, in the light of today's fifth 
root race social behaviors? When, in the fifth root race, does the outer 
behavior of humanity begin to reflect the expected inner spiritual 
development?
