Re: Theos-World Several Comments on Alice Bailey

Please support your statements. TREATISE ON COSMIC FIRE seems a masterwork
to me and it is dedicated to HPB. I have studied both Authors for years and
know many scholars who have also and who admire both authors and see in
their work major consistency.

HPB re-introduced the ancient wisdom concepts, gave a brief outline of the
wisdom knowledge, compared the concepts to the concepts in exoteric science,
religion and philosophy and taught that one and the same wisdom is found in
Hermetic philosophy, Kabballa, Gnostics, Adwaitee Vedanta, Ceylonese
Buddhism, the rational philosophers: Leibniz and Spinoza; alot in Kant, much
in Jacob Boehme(Newton's mentor), Fredrick Schelling, Paracelus, etc. Then
at the same time she explains here and there and everwhere that none of
these sources is complete, all have been distorted by scared little
personalities of the world and wishes one good luck in trying to sort it all
out from those remnants(heavily veiled and protected by secret symbolism and
hidden meanings and geometria and the like)

Then comes the Alice Bailey books. 24 volumes of systematic clarification
of the ancient wisdom, a stark constrast to the aweful chore before the
scholar that lurks before the weary eye of the careful Blavatsky student.
And it is all in ENGLISH. YES! HALEYLUUYA!

Everyone must tune in as best they can, make and live with their choices.
We all believe in Altrusim, Love and Reason do we not. Let's love each
other and work together. It's so fun, as my daughter would say.

Thanks so much for responding to my comments. I feel honored. And please
save me from my love of Alice if I'm truely so misguided. Then I'd belong
only to Helena!

Love,
Gene
