Unlikely. They have more interesting ways of getting at people than playing 
games with e-mail.

I come up with things that drive governments absolutely nuts but when I had 
to deal with the identity theft incident last summer the Justice Department 
was extremely friendly and helpful, after we got the phone connection right 
because as soon as I made the call I got connected to someone in the Pentagon.
