confuse the solution with the problem. The Peter Principle does not
exist in a vacuum; it is an explanation of how certain systems work. The
Peter Principle is based on the fact that when someone excels at their
job, they will almost always get promoted. They will continue to get
promoted until they get a job in which they no longer excel. In order
for your conclusion to be correct, a supreme being would have to have
been promoted to its current position, as opposed to starting out
