Re: Theos-World US Karma

They've lost the reason why we are on this list in the
first place. Whatever one's beliefs, are we not taught
to be tolerant? Are we not taught to listen to others,
think about what they say then accept or reject their
thoughts? Are we not taught that at the end of the day
the universal law of karma will eventually do justice?

I do not mean to be disrespectful to the Americans on
this list, but I read in the papers and hear on the TV
how Bush is not going to rest until the terrorist are
brought to justice. The administration claims that
they will fight dirty in order that the terrorists are
brought to justice. Why would America fight at all?
After WW2 America lent billions of dollars to Europe
to fix their economies so that another war would be
prevented. Why can't America fix the economies of the
Middle East to prevent more wars there? Isn't it more
worthwhile to build a city rather than destroy one?
Isn't the American Government being terrorists
themselves when they say they will irradicate terror?
It is terror fighting terror. How are all the Muslims
in the world feeling right now? They're terrified. I'm
terrified that America is going to get some other
country angry and I'm terrifed that a really big war
is imminent. But please do not take this the wrong
way, it is not just America promoting the terror it is
all the Western World. The Australian Government has
implemented the ANZUS treaty and, apparently, one of
our naval ships have been mobilised in the Gulf.
Shortly, our taxes are going up to pay for this so
called erradication of terrorism. Why should I have to
pay for the killing of other human beings? Why can't I
pay to help other humans?

I've just had another thought. Most of the people on
this list would claim themselves to be quite
intelligent. With so much intelligence in the world
why are we being dictated by idiots?

All the above is written out of frustration, not
anger. If any one has taken offence I apologise.
