This is a question which has puzzeled Islamic scholars ever since the Wright
brothers flew their plane back to Constantinople (which you can't fly back to
because it's Istanbul but we will not be discussing that at this present
time). There is no consensus, the Shiites say no, but certain sects of the
Sunni say yes.
As in all things, it is the will of Allah (peace be upon him) whether one
gets into Paradise or not, but as the mother of my cursed imperialist Zionist
rabbi neighbor says when she brings chicken soup to Mrs. Mullah, "It can't
hurt."
