I vaguely seem to have some idea that he was working on another 
work but really do not even recall where that is rising up from. 

Your right! lol I did misspell his last name improperly, I get 
lazy 
when tired. 

I haven't read his other works you cite.

Yes - I have read his work "H.P.BBlavatsky, Tibet and Tulku " I 
very much like
the work. I originally purchased it by way of Frank Silberman of 
the Besant
Lodge on Temple Hill in Hollywood back in the late 1970's. 
Hardbound 1966
Edition, 476 pages.
