the Work of prof. Arthuro Posnansky "Tiahuanacu-The Cradle of American 
Man"
1945 Published by the Bolivian Government. Posnansky ,Volume II ,Figure 
# 28
, following page 100,displays Posnanskys criteria for his dating of 
Tiahuanacu at 15,450 BC. In
addituion the works of Hans Schindler Bellamy & Peter Allen who had a 
more
cogent decipherment of the glyph system of Tiahuanaco than Posnanky who
complied the exhaustive catalogue of Tiahaunacu from 20 years on site 
there,
Bellamy and Allens work propose an even more distant age in potential 
as 
Posnanskys dating is for the Second Middle Period of Tiahuanacu. Also a 
similar recent chance discovery off of western Cuba by Dr Zelinsky and 
her
team awaits new revelations as the complex also has similar 
characteristics.
