Larry, well said. Admitting that it is a belief is honest. Many Theosophists talk about "laws of nature" and demonstrability and the like, without any evidence other than Blavatsky quotes, and this is what Brigitte argues about. I too believe in reincarnation, but it is my own personal belief, and I cannot prove it to anyone, nor would I ever call it some kind of fact or law that applies to everyone.

PS There is absolutely no proof that we reincarnate. On the other hand, there is absolutely no proof that we do not.
