Hello everyone,

some time ago someone posted a compilation on the differing
states of Nirvana and degrees of awareness after death. Does 
anyone have anything similar as I lost my copy?

Another compilation consisted of the differing types of man from
the low grade criminal type to the advanced spiritual and relative 
times or ages in which they entered incarnation and also the graded
planes to which they are conscious on. Perhaps these were of 
the same compilation?

I do hope someone may be able to assist as when I needed to 
study these I realised that I no longer had them !
I have looked on the on line material TUP but cannot find any
concise material. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, does anyone know is AP Sinnett's book Esoteric Buddhism is 
available on line anywhere? Perhaps these references came from 
there?
