the immediate gratification of the moment

May 09, 2002 10:44 AM
by Eldon B Tucker

That's only if our parents trust us enough to
wear ordinary underwear. If they still have
us in diapers, there's no rush. We'll soil
ourselves and they'll change us at their
convenience. (That is: does Life trust us enough
to make our own decisions and live by the karma
that we make, or are we being taken care of?
And also to say: have we learned to control
ourselves and deal with things in the right
time and place, or to we give into the
immediate gratification of the moment and
consequences be damned!)

Not there yet, but if Karma requires, we can stop and use the toilet at the
next service station.
