I don't think so. I think the Ariel man wants to put
a "settlement" there on the grounds that the Caabah
was given to him or someone somewhere by God and that
the Arabs are all trespassers.

It is the perception that the Jewish elite has
territorial ambitions beyond the Jordan which keeps
peace between them and the non-Palestinian Arabs so
elusive.
