You may recall that Mr. Cooper was working on them and when he passed away, 
there was dispute on the publication of the material. Do you or anyone know 
what the status of the publication is?

This is yet another instance where if Cooper chose to publish them on 
Internet on an on-going manner as he was completing them, this kind of 
delay due to legal issues could have been avoided and theosophical movement 
would be the beneficiary. I hope some of the budding authors may learn from 
experience like this.

I wonder if this issue was discussed in the Adyar Theosophist at that time. 
Usually during those days, issues of this nature used to be discussed in AT.
