That statement confuses me. Why should Pollard, a
confessed spy who was motivated entirely by money
greed, be treated differently than Aldrich Ames or
John Walker or any other spy who did the same thing
for identical reasons? It appears from here that he
has in fact received precisely equal treatment in the
sense of getting an equal outcome.
