Good question. With all the talk of liberating women around the world, it 
would set a good example to the world. It looks like it is not going to 
happen in the next decade or more.

Also you need to look at the Senate and the Congress and there are very few 
women in both.

The situation will only change when women enmasse start voting in elections.
