Krishnamurti & Steiner

Can I ask what connecting links the philosophy of Jiddu Krishnamurti has
with Theosophy. I know he was "groomed for stardom" by Annie Besant and
C,W. Leadbetter, but renounced all claim to be the World Teacher, even
telling people to steer clear of all "systems" and teachers. How does the
Theosphical movement view Krishnamurti now. I appreciate that, as there are
different viewpoints in Theosophy, there will be differing opinions of
Krishnamurti. I'd like to hear all positions on this.

Also, I have seen Rudolf Steiner's Anthroposophy described as Theosophy.
How
does this fit into the Theosophical rainbow, and in particular how does his
work fit in with that of Helena Blavatsky ?

I have not read any Krishnamurtu yet, or Steiner, and it would be useful to
have an overview of where they stand in relation to Blavatsky and the
Theosophical Society in general.

Thanks.

Orra Best,

Ian
