Yes, this book is from Health Research. On the title page it says it
is the Sixth Edition, revised & enlarged, Reprinted in 1960. And, from
the page layout, and the type face, I assume that it is a photo
edition.

And curiously enough, pages 123 and page 124 are printed backwards,
that is, Page 124 comes after P. 122, and P. 123 is on the other side
of the page. This is the only time this happens in the book.
