Brian/Brigitte on The Mahatma Letters

Oct 31, 2002 08:46 PM
by Daniel H. Caldwell

Brian/Brigitte has written numerous comments about the Mahatma
Letters. Some of the comments are quite misleading. Others are
barely intelligible.

Furthermore, one of the quotations given by B/B from the MLs is
multilated and incomplete.

In addition, one of the citations to the SD given by Brian/Brigitte
or by the anonymous contributor is very misleading.

I will try to give a few detailed illustrations in the next day or so
when I have more time to document these examples.

In the meantime, let me focus on the following.

Brian/Brigitte makes a recommendation:

"Start with reading the research of the Hare brothers once more , and
then check the letters yourself again and I am shure it will be
obvious."

I can understand why Brian/Brigitte makes such strange and confused
statements about the MLS if he/she is relying on the Hare brothers
book. I have two copies of the Hare book and in one copy I have
annotated in red ink all the numerous errors and misstatements. The
book looks like it is bleeding red!

Certainly, students of the MLs should read the Hare brothers book BUT
they should also consult the various reviews and critiques of this
book. I give BELOW a partial list of the articles and pamphlets that
should be carefully read and studied in conjunction with the Hare
book. I call special attention to the articles written by Dr. H.N.
Stokes.
