How do I get off this mailing list?

I have been looking for an area to discuss Theosophy, this is obviously not
it. Most of the postings discuss theosophists and the petty issues
surrounding them. I have unsubscribed from the group but continue to get
bombarded with emails containing mindless prattle about the authenticity of
this and the motives behind that.
How do I stop this junk from cluttering my mailbox?
