Nope. Only those nations who refused to let the Isrealites live in
peace were exterminated. Others, such as the Moabites, were left in
peace. Actually, the only nation which was supposed to be completely
destroyed was the Amelekites, who, using a diverting action to get the
men away from the main camp, used their main forces in an attack on the
undefended women and children.

Also not correct. There is NOTHING in the Bible about non-Jews being
required to accept Judaism, nor does it give Jews any enforcement power
over other nations. 

What the Nazi's did was considered the Northern Europeans to be the
true "Aryans", meaning that nobody else was really a human being. They
also declared that the "sub-human" races worked to bring their "pure"
race down to a lower level.
