Thanks again. The Moabites lived in today Trans Jordan, they were relatives
of the Hebrews, descendents of Abraham's brother. and the Amalekites were
numads, who used to loot weak tribes. Both didn't live in Palestine. What I
said was not mentioned in the Byble, but in the Hebrew oral traditions. The
Hebrews, later on Jews, never forced any other nation to convert, excluding
the Edomites some time before King Herod, who was an Edomite. Only one
nation accepted the faith, by trickery. Anyway, these were not really
nations, they were tribes. I don't think that those days a *nation*
consisted more than 10,000-20,000 persons. Etzion
