Critiques of Paul Johnson's THE MASTERS REVEALED

During the last two months I have received a good number of inquiries 
concerning the validity of the claims made in K. Paul Johnson's THE 
MASTERS REVEALED about Madame Blavatsky and her Masters. I'm not 
sure exactly why there is this resurge of interest in Johnson's book 
but I give below three critiques of some of Johnson's assertions so 
that interested readers can better judge the basis for Johnson's 
claims.
