But Bill, this is exactly a point of criticism against the USA too. That it has
a psychic dictatorship - that it uses and has used chemical, biological and
radioactive agents on its own populace without knowing or consent for decades.

I recall that this is a discussion that is also being waged in certain
home-grown American militia groups.
