Some of those names (and a few others I haven't used yet in these forums) 
apply to the same person, and some don't. I'll leave it open for you (and anyone 
else) to figure out which ones are witch, and which ones aint. (split 
personalities cut more than two ways.:-) 

The mainstream is the only one to follow -- unless you want to get lost in 
speculative side streams that usually end up petering out into nothing more than 
a procrustean bed of nails. 

As for our failure to communicate, I'm sorry you haven't gotten our 
mainstream message yet -- which takes some study and contemplation -- by reading 
between the lines and around the word pictures, doing some chanting, and adding a 
bit of theosophical insight. </:-)>
