Leon and All,
I recently downloaded several programs that are Freeware that let one
experience the musical octave(s) and notes both audibly and visually
and also allow modification of several parameters according to one's
desire. I found it a pleasurable experience closely related to the Topic.

I downloaded:
1.bowlXplorer
2.ChordXplorer

Look at the left column and explore it all, one can even create the Tones
of the Planets or Genomes or your Voice. how interesting!
