I am afraid you mixed up my metaphors. I did not say that meat
eating caused mental imbalances when meditating. I said it is easier
to follow the path, the karmas are lightened when one is NOT eating
meat and is also trying to meditate.

It may may meditation harder but not saying it causes imbalances.

What I do know is that the sphere of sensation is gross in the meat
eater

I have also written this to someone who sent me an email asking
about these things and I told them that what you mentioned should
not be mixed with meditation.
