I will have to find the quotes from Mrs. Besant
and Mr. Leadbeater. I believe they both believed
at one time that HPB had reincarnated in the body of 
a Hindu boy. Mr. Leadbeater even had (astral?) 
discussions with this boy. In the mid-1890s, Mrs.
Besant may have believed HPB had reincarnated as
a daughter of Chakravarti. I will have to get 
out my notes to verify exactly what they did claim.
