The paper is part of a larger publication, titled 'La Gazette 
Forteenne', vol.2. It is out; it can be ordered. More info can be

There are no immediate plans on publishing the English version, for the 
simple reason that there is, at this moment, not a single printed 
English language medium in existence that can handle large contributions 
on esoteric matters. The French publication Gazette Forteenne is at this 
time the only publication that can handle articles - papers actually - 
of 30 pages or more. Magazines usually demand articles to be much 
smaller in size.
