It has been years since all this happened, but was it not reported at 
the time that some TSA employees were fired and that they started the 
ACT in retaliation? Or was that just a salvo from Wheaton at well 
intended reformers? (Or maybe my memory is completely wrong.)

About the only thing TSA does that is worth doing is run the Olcott 
Library, but that really is a gift to the community. It well 
justifies the existence of the whole organization all by itself.
