My views are (this is not making fun of you; it's appropriate here):

I think that Blavatsky (and certainly the Mahatmas) included the WHOLE 
WORLD when talking about the 5th race. When I have looked deeply into 
discussions about current people as part of previous root races, I found 
I could divide them into two categories. The first (which appears 
exclusively with Blavatsky, never with the Mahatmas) is when the 
information is based on hearsay from biased, human sources. The second 
seems to be talking about CULTURES rather than bodies.
