My view is:

Well, the list is open and unless the moderator wants to punish or banish the perpetrator of the violation of the statements, it is up to him.
I have read many dreadful comments here all these years as many very helpful in this list and I have also seen many people change their opinion and judgements from their prejudices to enligtenment, what, in its ultimate instance, proved that theosophy if practised is somehow of a priceless great help.
Due to this, banishing those who are looking for something may be not a great idea unless he/she hurts and offends the other.
We all have something to learn and teach here, when the message is not worth, I just delete or neglect it.
Something must be said, if there are many members who do not want to contribute and rather cause trouble, they must be encouraged either to take a change of atittude or get away from the list.
