Excellent idea. To verify those ages, and see just how our microcosmic 
evolution works (as the mirror of the macrocosm)... Check out the "Cycles of Life"

Try overlaying your own life's (low) valley and (high) peak experiences on 
it, and see how many times your personality has "died" or changed, been caught 
up in a "vicious circle" and reincarnated or been reborn in this lifetime. It 
also may be helpful in guiding as well as empowering your future as well as 
your inner changes or transformations, if necessary. Hope you find it useful.
