Well, things vary quite a bit in various nations. Here in the USA we have
a unique possibility, that of Community Television Channels for one
thing. these are funded by the Cable subscriptions into a pool fund that
funds each Community Channel. An individual or organization such as
a lodge of Theosophy can become a member for as little as $25.00 a
year. They then have Volunteers take the training courses in Editing,
Camera Operation, Studio, directing, and other such as Digital Editing.
These courses are only $25-35 each. Once Certified the Lodge members
can then have the use of a fully equipped Television Studio and produce
their Programs which are Televised on the Community Channel. there is
no cost for the use of the equipment and usually no cost for the video 
tape used for the Program. A second Method is: find a Theosophical
Society Member living in the City where you want to air the Lodge 
Program, have them become a Member of the local Community
Channel and they can submit the Program as "Provider Program" to
air in that city. Also they can sign a "Series contract" usually for 6 mo.
period which can be renewed. One example I am personally familiar
with is the person who, when Manly P. Hall Passed on took over lecturing
for the PRS and now is in my city and produces a 30 Program called
"Ancient Wisdom" which airs every Sunday at 5 PM. Networking can
rapidly expand to many other cities by swapping Programs with other
Theosophical Member Producers in various other cities, I have
personally seen this work in another topical area of Television Programs.

Any Lodge can if they have Community Television Produce Programs at
a very low cost to do so. Only the Training of as little as 7 seven 
people
in basic skills and in less than 6 mo. they are airing Programs.
