Thanks. That is obviously not the book was thinking of. I remember
a book from long ago with a cover similar to TMR but guess the title
must have escaped me.

fwiw, A.A. Bailey asserts somewhere that HPB was previously Cagliostro AND Racokzy was St. Germain. Which may or may not be germane.
