Nice try, but in the Mahatma Letters, one of the Adept teachers specifically
denies the existence of God as understood by most western theologians, a
view which I share.
That's what you get for quoting out of context. I specified that this explanation WAS for Westerners, and the Mahatmas ALSO noted that Theosophy is effectively taught in the idiom of the recipient's own religion (check out the Anna Kingsford controversy for specifics).
