What really happened was very simple. HPB went to a souvenier shop and purchased Captain Kidds Genuine Pirate Buried Treasure Map and it had the location of a teacup clearly marked. HPB did not bury the teacup, Captain Kidd did. She merely dug it up. Chuck the Heretic
