Bart,
You may characterize however you like, as I may also, but I post my
individual opinion as you and other do. I think Scientists are completely competent
to discover whatever defects are present in another Peer submission. I have
complete confidence that the Scientists of the world as a collective Peer Group
in combined knowledge of the disciplines have no necessity for the employment
of SCICOPS, Randi, Vaudeville performers, Actors, Entertainers, or any others
that are outside the Scientific Peers to discover "error" or
chinks in a theorem. My opinion of Randi never has had the least altitude,
just go to his home and read it. right at the top he starts off with "Awards" to
a young man who impelled by his offers of monetary gain and recognition to
"successfully created a UFO Hoax." The Scientific method is inherently
skeptical. On down his page he has content about Benveniste, however he states he has
deleted all the references and citations that might negate his view. Is that
good Science?

BTW, when Sylvia Brown the Psychic accepted Randi's public offer of Prize
money he refused her out of hand and according to her (on Larry king Show if I
remember right) he wouldn't even entertain a test of her abilities and refused
to test her.

As to "Fraud" I made the statement because I have read in the last year
where Scientists propounded Data of significance that had impact on the
Scientific community while in the employment of a Corporate entity, the bad data being
discovered the scientist were terminated and prosecuted by formal procedures
in court for recovery of damaged incurred by their employer in consequence of
their bad science and unethical conduct for losses realized by their Employer.
There are adequate remedies publicly and privately without having to utilize
any other means.

The whole thing about what the press ended up calling "Water memory" is
intensely interesting and if true is very significant in terms of the "New
Science," by that I mean the New disciplines that have appeared and are forming the
"Bricks" of a new foundation set of Science Disciplines that are revolutionary
compared to what has been adequate for the last several centuries. High
Dilution Phenomena is still an unexplored realm but I see that many in more than
one discipline validate or at the very minimum due to corollary Phenomena see
some basis for Benveniste's alleged discovery.
The "Phantom Phenomena" in Physics is one corollary. Biophotonics has it's
corollary findings. Gariaev's team has similar findings that are corollary to
the simplest basis of Benveniste's vis through succussion Magnetic Imprint as
information is communicated more or less Holographically to Water.
Benveniste has contended since 1988 that four other Labs under
scientifically standard protocols replicated his process and recorded Statistics of
significance in their results. Where is the evidence of review of these findings?

AbstractXXOur conventional reference frame (RF) for viewing nature,
spacetime, is unable to account for the experimental data provided in Parts I and II so
a new RF is utilized. This biconformal base-space (BFBS) RF, consists of two,
four-dimensional, reciprocal subspaces wherein one is spacetime, imbedded in
the three higher dimensions of emotion, mind and spirit. This model has the
quantitative capacity that allows us to understand the new data. This particular
BCBS generates (1) simultaneous particle and information wave behavior, (2)
connectedness between any two points of spacetime, (3) non-local forces, (4)
dual aspects of any measured material property, one from each subspace, with the
magnitude ratio of the two aspects depending upon a higher dimensional
coupling medium that can be modulated by human intention and (5) non-local
information entanglement between any two parts of the overall consciousness-connected
system.
XXUtilizing the measured pH(t)-data, this BCBS reference frame is utilized to
calculate the spectral amplitude profile of the reciprocal-space aspect as
well as the magnitude of the direct-space aspect. This BCBS reference frame is
also utilized in a quantitative way to show how information entanglement
naturally comes about when the experimental system consists of multiple parts. The
various quantitative factors involved in calculating magnitudes of information
entanglement between non-local sites, having different degrees of departure
from the U(1) EM gauge symmetry state, are demonstrated.

Dr Wolgang Ludwig on Water, Memory and Vitalization
http://www.alivewater.net/ludwig.htm

from: http://www.santewater.com/special_properties_of_water.htm
Special Properties of Water:

Philadelphia; Dr. Enzo Ciccolo, a biologist with the Cooperative Nuova in
Milan, Italy; Dr. Horst Felsch, who is the Director of the Civil Environmental
Laboratory in Fieberbrunn, Germany; and Drs Engler and Kokoschinegg have
performed experiments with water and have arrived at these special conclusions:

Every atom, molecule, or substance has its own unique oscillation pattern, or
vibration, which can be measured in electromagnetic wavelengths. (Ciccolo,
"Domenica del Corriere", February 18, 1988) (Beneviste)

Water is a Carrier of information; as a solvent it is the best known
conductor of vibration, with information transfer possible without direct contact.
(Ciccolo)

Water possesses the ability to store information that has been impressed upon
if from a given vibration for long periods (Engler and Kokoschinegg, 1988),
as can be measured by specific electromagnetic wavelengths found in water; thus
even after harmful physical substances are removed, their negative energy
vibrational patterns, or "signatures" still remain, which can be traced back
precisely to the original substances. (Ludwig)(Beneviste, in "Natur-Wissen")

Water can transfer such information from vibrational patterns, or "memory",
to other systems, including living organisms. (Ludwig)(Felsch)

Water revitalization allows water in a higher vibrational state to transfer,
or share, its higher frequencies, which act to balance out low energy and
negative information. (Ciccolo)

Water can retain the vibrational memory of a substance even after it is
diluted beyond Avogardro's number, where no physical traces of the substance
remain. (Beneviste)
Water quality can also be evaluated by the amount of ultra-violet light it
absorbs. "Poor" quality water will absorb higher amounts of UV light, while
"good" quality water absorbs low amounts. (Ludwig)

The minimum specific warmth and the maximum structural potential of water is
measured at 37.5 degrees C, or the normal human body temperature (98 degrees
F); this finding indicates that water at this temperature is at a maximal
structure point to acquire a large amount of information. (Felsch)(Engler and
Kokoschinegg, 1988)

Molecular memory

Sir: Lionel Milgrom's account of Jacques Benveniste's research ("<A HREF="http://www.tcm.phy.cam.ac.uk/~bdj10/water.memory/milgrom.html";>
The memory of molecules</A>", 19 March) failed to make it clear that the
experiment discussed, where a biological signal is recorded, transmitted over the
Internet, and applied to water elsewhere to regenerate the biological
effects of the source, is not just an idea but rather an experiment that has
already been carried out, with impressive results (see Benveniste's web pages at
<A HREF="http://www.digibio.com/";>www.digibio.com</A>). We invited him to describe his work at our weekly
colloquium to learn more about the research, which seems both scientifically
interesting and potentially of considerable practical importance. While
the results claimed may seem surprising, the Cavendish Laboratory has been
host to many surprising discoveries during the 125 years of its
existence, and the controversial nature of the claims was not seen as good cause to
follow the herd and veto his making a presentation. In regard to the
Nature condemnation of 1988, my conclusion at that time was that its authors
had made an insufficient case for its headline claim "High-dilution
experiments a delusion", and nothing since has led me to see the frequent
denunciations of the work as anything other than the hysteria that frequently
accompanies claims that challenge the orthodox point of view. The
manifestations of scientific prejudice, well documented by Michel Schiff in the book
The Memory of Water, can be extraordinary; another reason why we felt it
important to invite Dr Benveniste to talk at our colloquium and be able to
present his results to scientists in an uncensored form. I am grateful to The
Independent for following on with its article. Professor Brian
