While pushing the keys of your microwave oven and a nice Lazagna is being cooked let me drop you a thought to meditate on:(lol)

"Frosted food contains no prana, no life force, just material nutrients."
Have you heard of it? My massage-therapy teacher used to say that.

My idea of cooking is limited to defrosting in the microwave, so I 
had to search for that word. I finally found it in HANNIBAL'S 
ALTERNATIVE DIET FOR THE COUNTERCULTURE, by Hannibal Lecter. The 
cover says: "You'll never lose weight on this diet, but if I ever get 
hold of you that will be the least of your worries." I wonder what 
he meant by that? The worst thing is, the bozo on the cover looks 
llike Dr. Phil, right down to the hyperthyroid buggy eyes. Ugh!
