Yes, consider the fact that I have spoken to a number of them.

The organization has its moments of weirdness and even unpleasantness, but it 
takes the idea of freedom of thought very seriously indeed. And even during 
some of the most ferocious political stuff that was going I was never, ever 
made to feel unwelcome at Olcott even when I was in open opposition to the 
leadership. On the contrary, we remained friends through the entire mess.

I can't speak for the other societies, but the Adyar TS does seem to truly 
love its heretics no matter how much we may puzzle it and annoy it.
